    Contractual Agreement

    By submitting this form, I (the "Submitter") agree to the following:

    After review of my submission, and in the event that I am chosen to be part of this Animation Collab,

    - I grant Forest Calls 2.0 / Reflection-icu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display my video as part of the Forest Calls 2.0 Animation Collab and related promotional materials.

    - I certify that I am the creator/owner of this video and that my submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

    - Forest Calls 2.0 / Reflection-icu reserves the right to edit or excerpt the video for showcase formatting or promotional purposes.

    - I consent to the use of my name and likeness in connection with the promotion of the Forest Calls 2.0 Animation Collab.

    - I release Reflection-icu and its representatives from any claims or liability arising from the display and/or use of my video.

    - I understand that typing my full name in the "Signature" field below serves as my legally binding signature and confirms my agreement to these terms.
