    Contractual Agreement

    By submitting this form and providing a video link, I (the "Submitter") agree to the following:

    Grant of Rights: I grant Forest Calls 2.0 / Reflection-icu a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display my video submission as part of the Forest Calls 2.0 Video Showcase and related promotional materials.

    Ownership & Originality: I certify that I am the creator/owner of this video or have obtained all necessary permissions for its content (including visuals and appearances). My submission does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

    Usage: Forest Calls 2.0 / Reflection-icu reserves the right to edit or excerpt the video for showcase formatting or promotional purposes.

    Publicity: I consent to the use of my name and likeness in connection with the promotion of the Video Showcase.

    Release of Liability: I release Reflection-icu and its representatives from any claims or liability arising from the display or use of the submitted video.
